Totally traded a bag of random books I found for this and a small pile of moneys.
They used a bad cover of Men Without Hats’ “Pop Goes the World” in a tide commercial.
I’m not sure how I feel about this.
On the one hand, I like that an obscure song I like is getting exposure.
On the other hand, it was a cover, and a commercial.

It was in a depeche mode single sleeve.
Turns out its more or less an obscure Duran Duran side project.

New Wave
Why isn’t there an all new wave all the time station :<

I would be a happy person… *oh well, off to Pandora to make my dreams come true.*
I have SUCH a weekness for 80’s New Wave its not even funny.
Seriously, bribe me with a Cure or Depeche Mode record and I’ll pretty much do anything.
One of my current fave bands though, “Red Flag” found the 12 inch single of this song at half price a while back and ive listened to it far to many times. Totally has all the makings of an 80’s 1 hit wonder, I wonder why it wasnt.
